Yeah, I’m a slacker
OK. My workout total is zero. Blame my neurosurgeon. He said no running until the broken neck heals. And the trauma surgeons said no weight-lifting until the broken clavicle heals. I suspect swimming with a c-collar on is a great way to enforce good body-roll technique. But I also suspect the broken collar bone won’t enjoy most strokes. I’m going to try spinning class … as soon as I get good at changing my clothes.
So I’m stuck with my inspirometer (the one good side-effect of the broken ribs and collapsed lung) for exercise.
Don’t get hit by a car. It sucks.
